Many people don’t realize how hard it is for working Monster parents these days. But at Rollacrit, where 90% of our work staff have Monster families, we do. It can be hard for young monsters to make friends in the human world, and in order to help build confidence and broaden horizons, we’ve developed the TMBS (Toddler Monster Buddy System). The TMBS builds bonds between the Monster and Human world, and lets children share in their favorite past times like playing at the park, coloring, and world domination.
